Our mission is to advance the development of baseball and softball in Cambodia through inclusive programs, resource support, and strategic partnerships that create pathways for youth to learn, grow, and compete.

Baseball has been present in the Kingdom of Cambodia for over 20 years. During this time, the sport has steadily grown in both participation and quality. By early 2020, Cambodia had more than 200 active baseball players across 10 clubs, along with the development of a growing number of Cambodian coaches.
Cambodian baseball has proudly participated in international competitions, including the SEA Games and the Asian Cup, as well as friendly matches in countries such as France, Japan, and Vietnam. Since 2016, the Cambodia Baseball Softball Federation (CSBF) has organized an annual national championship to further develop the sport and showcase local talent.
Training programs are conducted each year with the support of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, along with technical assistance from volunteers from the United States, Japan, and Korea. The Federation is officially recognized by both the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia.
CSBF currently operates its own baseball park in Boeung Samreth Village, Ballangk Commune, Baray District, Kampong Thom Province. Looking ahead, the Federation plans to expand by building additional baseball facilities in this area and in Kampong Chhnang Province to support future national and international competitions.

We invite you to share the mission of the Cambodia Baseball Softball Federation (CBSF) with organizations, baseball teams, programs, coaches, and anyone passionate about growing the game. Together, we can build meaningful partnerships that support the development of baseball and softball in Cambodia.
With your support, CBSF aims to provide youth across Cambodia with the opportunity to play baseball and softball using quality equipment and guidance from trained and qualified coaches. By working together, we can expand access to the sport, nurture talent, and create life-changing opportunities for young athletes.
Join us in empowering the next generation and helping us grow the future of baseball and softball in Cambodia.
Currently, the Cambodia Baseball Softball Federation (CBSF) is affiliated with 16 baseball and softball clubs and 1 national team. Each team is in need of sponsorship support to provide essential equipment and resources to prepare for competition.
With the average monthly household income in Cambodia ranging between $150–$200, many players face significant financial challenges. Each club requires approximately $250 per month to adequately support training, equipment, and team development.
Due to these financial hardships, CBSF and the head coaches from each team are working to help sustain these programs for Cambodian youth.
We welcome individuals, organizations, and partners who may be interested in sponsoring one or more teams. If you or someone you know would like to support a team, please contact us via email. Your contribution can make a meaningful difference in the lives of young athletes across Cambodia.
